Audison amps.....???

They are not something you can just buy an expect ordinary results.... they are the above and beyond the ordinary....extraordianay to be exact...if you can afford them, you sould be running them...especially the VRx series.....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

I just had one of there brand new LRX6 models installed yesterday, 70 watts into 4 , 4 ohm and bridged 470 into the sub 2 ohm. I have them powering a Focal K2 Power and Focal V2 sub set up. It sounds fantastic............... The build quality and look are second to none!

I will prolly go with a set of either series. The LRX, SRX, or VRX. Uncertain as of right now tho. I still gotta get off these Orion amps. I really like the way the LRX looks and the SRX too. Plain sexy to me.

T H I S is where I went to check their pricing, and its where the guy got them from with that 2 amp package they have.

I have heard that they are good amps but I personally am not a huge fan of paying big bucks for high end car audio amps. The extra "SQ" that you might get from an amp like this will be overshadowed by about 10 other things. Unless you are going to eliminate the below and pay big bucks for high end wiring I would not spend the extra cash, plus that is not to mention you need top of the line speakers as well to really hear a difference.

Road noise

Noisy panels

RCA's that might not be up to the amps standards

speaker wire and connectors that are average

cancellation

cabin gain

the hu's original signal can only sound so good

timing and alignment issues

I would not pay more than a dollar a watt for a car audio amp personally.

don't spend your hard earned money for these amps at woofers etc, they WILL NOT have a factory warranty and prolly not even a seriel number. spend your where you can get a factory warranty...might cost more but you will have peace of mind knowing if something goes wrong the manufacturer will back you up.

I talked to a guy at a local shop yesterday, I saw those 2 amps. Rather small. But he said they are **** good amps, better than most out there. He said he can match these prices without a problem, and BEAT the Focal, JL, and others as well.
