Audioque SDC 10" & Crossfire 1000D?

I switched cars, sold off my Type Rs, and am in the market for a single 10" sub. I no longer want ear-pounding loud, but I cannot imagine listening to music without a sub. I still have my Crossfire 1000D from previous rig.

Pickin up a 10" 2ohm something in a ported box. Either Fi Q, Fi SSD or Audioque SDC.

-->If I turn the gains down on the crossfire, would I be ok for daily driving?

-->Also, how many watts would a very low gains setting throw at any of the subs?

Thanks in advance all. I haven't been around here in awhile, but it's nice to be back.

edit: great, the SDC only comes in 4ohm. So either SSD or Q I guess
