Audiopulse LMS Ultra, is it worth the money?

5200 is a great sub, I have stopped looking at anything else lOl. Now I am looking to recone a 5200 basket with a custom 4", but with a comosite cone of some sort maybe you guys would know anyone who can help me? Polo..

Well 5000 watts is approx 350 amps, at 100% efficiency, which it wouldn't be. The batts would help that drain from killing the system voltage for a while, but the end result would eventually be the same.
edit: Seriously, where do you guys come from? You want to buy a $1200 sub, have well over a grand in the amplifiers, but aren't willing to spend a few hundred on a H.O. alternator to power it all. The logic astounds me.

VOLTAGE IS POWER. no joke thats why i run 18+volts

voltage is potential difference, voltage deals with pressure think of a your showerhead having tremendous pressure then you give it very little water what happens, a whole lot of force on very little water, in that case water and pressure goes hand and hand just like voltage and current with alot of voltage(pressure) and very little current(provided by alt.) equals little power vice versa lots of current and very little force(volts to move the current) equals little power, the system needs balance can't have one without the other... yin and yang, man and woman, tom and jerry lol hope you get the point!

i know this thread is old, but i didn't want to start a new thread. BUT, does anyone know for sure if AudioPulse is still in business or not? i am looking for an LMS Ultra and cannot find them anywhere other than having to buy one new.
