what do you guys think of that amp. my friends got one and he's selling all of his stuff, he wants to sell it for 60 bucks. is it a good amp?

well i went to swing by my buddys house to buy the amp from him and he says he sold it this morning for 100 bucks. IM PISSED NOW lol but can someone tell me a budget amp that will bump my subs better than a 1000w sony xplod amp
