Finaly. It's been a long fight.

My case with Audiobahn Inc. has finaly been closed as Unresolved. Audiobahn has once again taken exceedingly long to replace items. Soon, the Better Business Bureau's rating will reflect this.

So to all of you that have those Flame Excursion subs that have separated...fill out a complaint at http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/C...anyID=100000803 for Product Quality.

For those of you that have amps that the protect light doesn't come on, you have a green light, but no output, fill one out for Product Quality.

For those of you that the screws broke off that hold the neat little FLAME bling bling thing on the amps, fill one out for Product Quality.

For those of you that have sent stuff in for warranty and it has taken over a month to receive your replacement, file one for Guarantee/Warranty.

For those of you who's subs and amps haven't failed YET, fill one out for Selling Practices. (Ad practices might do as well). As ALL Audiobahn amplifiers are tested without a load, and therefore do not put out NEAR what they are rated to put out.

False Advertisement is Selling Practices and Ad Practices.

Your taxes pay money for the BBB and the Attorney General. Use them!

I wonder how much longer this remains:

we really dont care that you had a bad experience with bahn. dont come on this board spamming us with the sole purpose of 'punishing' the company. as you can tell from the bbb, most people dont havent had the same experience you have had with bahn.

Good point..

He probably figures that so many people hate Audiobahn on these forums, that they would jump at the chance the ruin them.

However, the problems most have with Audiobahn is the bad sound quality of the subs, not the face that their products are faulty. I use Audiobahn, amp and subs, and I have not had one problem with it. I know many people that use Audiobahns, and though they do not sound great (mainly because of installation problems), they are good for the money IMO. Except for the overly expensive 1000w subs and what not, I am happy with mine...

You must feel cool now!

I think what he did is great, as a matter of fact, we need more people do things like that. Either you LOVE audiobahn or you are lazier then the laziest man in the world, making you the laziest man ever.

Companies who provide poor customer service, poor products and no actual warrenty should go down, without a doubt. If he came to these forums just to tell us he has started something that everyone else has been too lazy to do, then good. He is not doing anything wrong to us. Audiobahn INC. deserves everything they have coming and you must be an absolute retard if you think what this guy is doing is AT ALL wrong.

I'm suprised you by all people would say something like this. You usually have knowledgable posts.

I could be mistaken but I don't read his original post as a recruitment attempt for help in his...crusade, if you will, against Audiobahn.

I've never used any Audiobahn gear myself and none of my friends that are into car audio to any degree have either. As such I cannot personally comment on the pros and/or cons of their equipment. About all I do know is that Audiobahn gets flamed en masse almost anytime it so much as gets mentioned on this forum.

However, if a consistant quality control issue exists with a large percentage of their product offerings and the corporation itself continually refuses to do anything about when asked to provide warranty repair/replacement by their customers then someone providing an outlet to do something proactive about it doesn't seem at all out of place in a forum dedicated to all things car audio-related.

Just one man's opinion.

lots of places take well over a month to "waranty" product when i worked retail 6 weeks wasnt out of the norm. especially if its a burnt vc. was the copper burnt before you got it? doubtful. you are lucky if ny company waranties for that.
