Audiobahn A3451 cd player messed up!

My friend got a brand new A3451 audiobahn cd player with no warranty and you have to tap eject and turn the volume for the volume to go up or down. The face wont flip down and cd wont eject? What would be wrong is it jsut the faceplate or what?

Yes they do. I would guess that it is just something wrong with the faceplate, where did he get it? Is it possible to return it and perhaps get something of better quality?

an audiobahn head unit is a rebadged Jensen. No ifs ands or buts about it, it uses the identical harness and everything.

Prob faceplate is what i figured to no he got it fo free from some kid dont know where he got it or what cd players like 500 bucks!

I wouldnt spend $50 on an Audiobahn CD player...
