Sold Audiobahn 15" fs cheap!

I have a brand new Audiobahn 1300 watt RMS DVC sub for sale. It's brand new still in the audiobahn crate. It's looks great as a show sub but is also still powerful.

Whats that in American? Also the flame q's are DVC, then what are the two +'s and two -'s on each side for. In total it seems as 4 +'s and 4 -'s. Does one side just act as one coil and the other as another? Like all four terminals as one coil? Kind of like jbl amps where it seems as two channels but is only one. Is it the same concept?
