audiobahn 1206q and ppi pc2600

I am thinking of buying the Audiobahn 1206Q subs. I have two ppi pc2600 and want to run one to each sub. Question being how will the ppi perform at 2ohm bridged?(recomended 4ohm bridged by ppi) Has anybody ran this setup? Also the subs will be in the back of a tahoe. Any comments or sugestion will be great...thanks Tjay

it'll be loud.....that's one thing for sure

i'd try running them at 2ohms and see how well they hold up...i don't know any other way to tell you to find out ......the worst case is you'll blow an internal fuse or the fuse at your battery and have to replace it. no big deal.

the only problem i see is heat dissapation, and i bet you can fix that with an open window and some fans //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

how much are you getting the 1206q's for. if they are over 200 dollars go to ebay. i don't highly recommend them unless you just want something that looks nice and sounds ok. i do own this sub, but decded to switch to eclipse.

p.s. if you are interested or know any one who is interested in buying my new in box 1206 let me know.

they weren't able to handle the power that i put to them, even though it is rated at 1100 watts rms. i had it going to a mmats d300hc. never played it hard and it still blew. i got a new one from the factory and won't open it because i have switched to eclipse alums and really don't want to deal with the audiobahn. but it all boils down to personal preference.
