These are used,and come in the original box.One of them has a small rust spot ,but can ge taken care of with some steel wool.Do not come with grills,just pulled them out approx 2 weeks ago,and were working just fine/loud set of speakers,have had 75rms power on them at the most.Great sound,and have rubber surround on the magnets,and around the front lip as well.Pm me if you have an interest..Thanks
