Audio/Video problem

I own a Harmon/Kardon AVR 240 receiver and is interconnected with my cable box, DVD player, and my TV. When I play a DVD, I get sound but no picture. I started hooking everything up to get my surround sound installed (just bought a house recently) so finally getting around to it. I'm going with a quick reference hookup guide supplied with the HK receiver. I got everything right except what I said. I think I might have a RCA plugged in wrong or something simple somewhere...

First I would make sure your have the video inputs assigned correctly. If that doesn't work then How do you have it hooked up? What cables/inputs are you using? Any way you could take a picture and post it?
