Audio Technix Strato 15" D4

Does anyone have experience running a single Audio Technix Strato 15" D4 or any other strato? Would just like a review or feelings on this before I pull the trigger and order tomorrow! I'm going to be running with a JL 500/1 and have a custom enclosure built for the strato. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

The 18 would be sick! How big of an enclosure would I need for the 18"?? Anyone know if that would fit in an '04 Hyundai Tiburon? If yo would know the answer and need my trunk dimensions I can go measure!

Take the trunk opening into consideration. Trunk space is useless if the opening isn't big enough to fit the enclosure

Are you talking about for the height on account of the slope in the hatchback? The 15" is the lowest point with that taken into account.

You've got about 8 total cubic ft. from your dimensions and 15" for height should be plenty for that 18. I'd get a box designer on here like pro-rabbit or double07 to design you something or see if it's even going to fit in there after it's built. I think you'd need at least 5.5-6 cubes to run an 18. I've decided since the "blowout" sale to try a couple 12's. Can't beat the price and they look impressive on lower power.

you would most likely have to build the box INSIDE the truck (as opposed to building it then dropping it in) due to the trunk opening.. ported the 18 needs 6 cubes.. your trunk is 8, you will never get that box in there unless built inside.
