Audio System ?

I am currently researching car audio systems for my needs. I would like to know if I should buy 10" subs or 12" subs. The reason I ask is because of the range of music I listen to. I listen to just about everything except jazz and classical on a regular basis. I got a quote for a system today that includes 2 x 12" DVC 4OHM JL audio subs, and a 500 Watt class D Mono Block Amp. Is this going to be sufficient for my needs? The reason that I chose 12" instead of 10" is because I do listen to some Rap/HipHop. I also listen to some country, alot of 80's Rock and Groups like Disturbed. I have the factory speakers for Mid range and Highs.

We can't say if it will fit your needs because we do not know you nor do we know what you want/expect.

Those subs will be fine playing any type of music. If you're not looking for a ton of bass, I'm sure they will work well.

If you want really quality sound, upgrade your front speakers as soon as possible.
