Audio Switching

I've got a factory tape deck (Ford) in my Escort ZX2. I have a tape stuck in it which I cannot seem to remove. Now, the system is switching from radio to tape every few seconds. How can I resolve this? I tried to remove the tape, but it's pretty stuck.

Ditch the Ford and get a VW. Thats how you fix it.

try taking out the HU and take it apart. or just pick up a new HU.

and then ditch the VW.

audi is a car, the only VW which is a car is the new passat W8, others are just 4-door bicycles.
