audio sticker

Im looking for a specific pic that i saw on here a while back. I dont know exactly how many times its been posted or even if any of u know exactly what im talking about. I tried searching but its difficult. But on the sticker its made like the airbag warning stickers that be in cars but instead it says Caution: Death or serious injury can occur and it says something about sound pressure levels can get high and not to touch the audio controls and if u are uncomfortable notifiy the driver and he or she will promptly pull over and let u out.

If anyone know what im talking about can you please post it so i can print it and get it made into a sticker. Thanks in advance
