there are drug induced panic attacks and such that people can have..

guy i graduated with had a buddy come out to hang out and they smoked and the kid had what they called a "cannibis induced panic attack" that led to him having a heart attack and he died...

but there is a similar risk of dying from alcohol, driving a car, smoking cigarettes...ect...

life is all about risks...either you take a risk or you don't...

it's a personal choice..not a decision for the masses...

I don't smoke pot... but I drink and have cigars as well...

some people only smoke pot and don't drink...

I am not as good as I would like to be. I need much more education in economic policy as economic policy affects social policy. I don't think it would be possible to keep them independant.

Bingo. Good to see some common sense prevailing.
Something worth knowing: marijuana has the highest ratio of fatal dose:effective dose, whereas nutmeg has the second lowest ratio. In case you need more clarification, nutmeg is more toxic than marijuana (hence why it is a banned substance in most prisons). Also worth noting that alcohol is approximately 100 times more toxic than marijuana.

Its called the LD50, it is approxiamtely 1:20,000-40,000.

I would say you are making an irrational choice by allocating resouces to a depreciating asset. But, I buy as much car audio as the next person. Unfortunately, I am not always rational, no matter how hard I try.

We have a different definition of abuser. I said an abuser is

one who abuses

per the dictionary I have on my desk, as well as the dictionary online.

He defined it as something different:

people who use drugs in ways that threaten their health or impair their social or economic functioning.

So, I was giving explanations on how a drug user is impairing their economic functioning by the use of drugs. I could even make another comment on how depriving the society of tax dollars (as drug dealers do not pay income taxes) is impairing their social functioning. The comments seemed to be reaching because the definition I was given is too acute.

as for the contradicting definitions, I am going to have to say that your source is more reliable as I was using google, and you had a dictionary. So I will admit to being less than correct, due to a source. Here is my source which has been proven to be wrong.
