This concerns persons under the age of 21.

If you have any pictures of you holding an alcoholic beverage/container on myspace you are in danger. The police around my area are cracking down on underage drinking big time. They are beginning to use MySpace as a refference tool to help them charge teens.

Many kids at the highschool I used to attend have been charged with underage drinking, have been suspended, 2 people have been expelled, and about 10 have been kicked off the basketball team. This should say alot since there are only about 250 kids in the school.

This is not only in my area, bigger cities in Illinois such as Aurora (second largest in Ill) are catching teens.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

Say you are charged with a traffic violation, running a stop sign. say that sign was blocked by a mailbox or tree limb, if you can get a picture of your point of view showing the view of the stop sign was obstructed, you're off the hook. I assume this would work both ways.

Schools should be concerned about how you perform IN school, who cares what you do on the weekends. POLICE should be concerned about what kids are doing on the weekends.

I know straight A students that get drunk off their ***** on the weekend. Why should the school give a shit?

Take a rapper for example, they talk about doing drugs and smoking weed...

Also pour out hennessy and other stuff in their music videos...

Why not arrest them for probable cause? That's the only thing a picture can show, there's no hard evidence that the alcohol was consumed and not just held up for a picture. That would be hard to prove in court.
