What I said was just an example. If the seller wishes to sell to someone else even though he has made a deal, he can. Personally, I've been in this situation and usually would go onto the next buyer. I'm selling my coilover suspension on an Accord forum and I got a guy who really wants them, but is waiting for his paycheck. I turned down two or 3 people, one of which was itching to send me payment on the spot, but I turned them down, because this guy really wanted the coilovers. In a business sense, I wouldn't say it's bad or unethical, it can go both ways. But if you have the opportunity to make more money off someone else, chances are most people would take it. I see both sides, but what you did was uncalled for. You are upset and made a pointless thread that tried to put down the seller, but now it's turned against you and people have made fun of you. Threads like this can end up making things worse for buyer and/or seller. Would have been better off not posting it.
