That's the power supply mosfets, need the OUTPUT mosfets numbers.... Power supply mosfets really don't even matter anymore these days (unless it's a stetsom) because 99% of them are 60-110 amp which is fine either way, package limit is 90 amps anyhow.

Those are 60 amp 60 volt power supply mosfets... the outputs should be 200V.

The other numbers are date codes and lot numbers and do not matter, only the first number.

Actually the package limit on TO-220 mosfets might be 70 amps or less....

No problem, thanks for trying. In most Class D amps the output mosfets are going to be the ones near the smaller coil, or near the RCA connector end of the amp. Not all amps because some are built to look like spaceships, and the RCA's could be anywhere, but not most.
