Use your god **** ears and form your own opinion on whats good. If after honestly listening to several different subs (even cheaper subs) you think JL audio sounds the best- then so be it. But someone else may not have the same opinion and their opinion is by no means less valuable. Their subs will be though, because your JLs are overpriced.

I've always been real impressed by the W6v2. I've heard several different applications and the SQ was just very nice. Not very loud by any means but if you are serious about SQ you probably aren't looking at bass being the primary factor in your system anyways.

On the contrary, music or sound reproducing devices should be evaluated solely by how they sound. I could charge you a million bucks for a pair of gold speakers. If they sound like shit- they are overpriced.

Word I love my w6v2s. I was just around some friends everyone got in ym car said that shit was ridiculously loud. I dont think it is. But they do. My uncle and my older friend said "that's ignorant".
