The bible is a poor excuse for non thinkers. I just did a research paper on this for my philosophy class. Every single time GLBT is brought up religion follows closely behind. Its the only argument people use. Have you ever read the passage in the scripture where people claim it says you cant be GLBT? Its a small portion of a huge paragraph that has nothing to do with being GLBT. Every religious person takes it out of context. We watched a documentary in class regarding this. The bible lies multiple times including about the age of the Earth. Mounds and mounds of scientific data backs up the creation of the Earth and when it was made. Mounds and mounds of scientific data proves evolution. Richard Dawkins did a documentary called The God Dellusion. He asked numerous places of worship how they knew God was real. Their answer was because someone told them so. Sorry dude, but I told you so versus millions/billions of scientific data collected, tested, and confirmed outweighs I told you so.

But, but, but...the earth is 6,000 years old and dinosaur bones were put there by God to test my faith!

That line of thinking always cracks me up. I don't know how anyone could look at something like the Grand Canyon and not realize that 6,000 year figure is just absolute BS. What's even funnier is checking out the creationist "museum" of natural history (Creation Museum - Creation, Evolution, Science, Dinosaurs, Family, Christian Worldview | Creation Museum). Bill Maher's "Religulous" is a fun watch.

I never said I only believed in pure scientific data. But its pretty obvious there was no superior being/creator. Tons of scientific evidence points at the Big Bang Theory. Of course it cant be proven with 100% certainty, but its certainly alot closer to being proven than the later.

Prove how GLBT is a cancer to human existence. The only legitimate argument you have is that it doesnt procreate. In which case neither do all straight people. Things happen and even they cant create. If your argument is based on diseases (read HIV/AIDS) you have an invalid argument as that could happen to any one on the planet.

You seem pretty defensive of the gay lifestyle. I do not have to prove anything. I have stated nothing but common sense, not theories. You are the one who should be explaining why the GLBT lifestyle should be accepted in any Society. Quackhead, so what? It seems Christians have decided that homosexuality is the be all end all sin. In the bible it says all sins are equal in the eyes of the Lord. I just don't get it, and I am a Christian. I sit in church and I know there are wife beaters, adulterers, thieves, and other sinners. But if there was a homosexual there it would be the end of the world. It is so hypocritical. I am a sinner, I sin probably every 5 mins, so how can I judge anyone?

There is nothing ok with being gay. A man cannot conceive a child with another man, a woman cannot conceive children with another woman, therefore there is no place in our society for that type of behavior.

So wait, if people aren't having 10 children like a good Catholic should, there's no room for that behavior in our society? Wow, just wow. You honestly think we need more people on this planet? Thank you for this view. See what I mean? You just gave the example I have been trying to get across. Being gay is no more acceptable to society as thievery, murderous acts, or any other Sin of the type. Why is it unlawful to kill another human being? Perhaps merely because it is a sin? What happens to thieves and murderers who get caught by society? We have a place for them, just as we have places for the mentally ill in our society....isolation from said Society.
