Deferred presentment is not the same thing as rent to own.
However, my White counterparts discovered cruel ways to create demand in the black communities and systematically destroy them. While they may not be able to enslave blacks to the fields, they enslave them to low paying jobs spending their whole life to pay off an outdated, overpriced computer thinking it will help them advance.

They aren't only targeting black people with that shit. That shit's all over my area.
