Johnny Drama, you have not addressed the legal ramifications. The idea of a lawyer having contacted Goob. If he was legally bound to renew the membership, is making this stink over it really what is best for this board and its community? I agree Goob should give better communication with and understanding from his mods, but you should also try to get more info before taking this public. Creating this thread seems to serve no other purpose than to get the population behind you for something that should be handled internally. Im not taking side, I just dont know why we even need to be hearing about this, unless there's some ego or fear of reprocussions involved here.

None at all, actually. I called Goob and was just talking to him. He seemed to like me when he was drunk and said he was going to make me a mod. And honestly it has nothing to do with him making me a mod for a day and then taking it away. It has to do with some of the mods and the overwhelming fact that they abuse the moderation permissions they are given, and that the Admin is not active enough to see all the bullshit that happens.

I am just saying that for one, if Goob actually did actually become a more active Admin, then some other issues would be corrected. That includes some new modship that is not based on how much of a post wh0re you are.

This is a possibility, but, if you dig further into the TOS (If my memory is correct, I dont feel like digging back in) they state that any and all communications and memberships are not the responsibilities of the owner and that they are not legally obligated on any part.

Basically you have no rights on your account.

We have brought it up to both Mike and in the backroom for the admin to see. Nothing can be done. I can delete his sig, but he can just put it right back. Also, MoT is not technically a moderator. He is a member who can delete stuff in the lounge and can not be banned.

So nothing can be done by the mod staff that we haven't already tried.
