I dont know him from a hole in the wall but I do have a rough idea of what he's done and what kind of scamming he has pulled. By scamming I'm not merely refering to his sh$tty dealings with people but also is BLATANT actions and lies regarding making up FAKE usernames and REPEATEDLY denying it over and over.

This is a possibility, but, if you dig further into the TOS (If my memory is correct, I dont feel like digging back in) they state that any and all communications and memberships are not the responsibilities of the owner and that they are not legally obligated on any part.
Basically you have no rights on your account.

Also, it has been proven in several cases that forums and blogs can not be used as sorces for liable and slandar cases.

You make a valid point about the legalities. Im just suggesting you try to exhaust all avenues of communication internally to work this out before it needed to be aired on the public board. It seems like a mod undermining the very board he is moderating. I know you mean well, I just have to wonder exactly what the purpose for a public thread is.

Again, I never said the donate option was for a charity. The donate option in my sig is/was used for the purposes of purchasing computers/equipment that are donated to others. All part of my Giving back to Tulsa program. If you want to trash it go for it, but you have no idea what you are talking about. I have removed the donate option since obviously you want to cry about it. as for other mods mentioning it, Justin had never said anything to me about it. he mentioned it in passing in the backroom. never once asked me about it.

as for the whole stevebeatz thing, I have not commented on it one way or the other.

another thing i find comical, is how much shit i catch for putting a link in my sig, yet other mods have 4-5 sigs advertising their site and no one gives a shit about that. but because its me its a horrible thing.

I'll be completly honest I don't like anything the admin has done on this site. Which basically is nothing. I rarely come here cause honestly it hurts to see the status of the board and it's careless admin. I have 3 seperate times over the years messages the admin to remove myself from the mod que so I don't feel responcible for something I can't controll and no luck. Eventually I will push the right buttons and either be booted or hopefully open Chris' eyes.

That's the real reason. Undermining the admin absolutly.
