Atomic is the worst company I have ever dealt with

Here's what happened I ordered two atomic apx 12s gave cash up front in October. Tell me why it's march and I still haven't received my subs or my refund. They have the worst costomer service I have ever seen there 1st excuse was They don't have the parts.My problem with that was they say there a oem build house. Ask them again still same excuse again then they say they have the parts they are building them then again with the we don't have the parts. I have had alot of money tied up in subs for along time and there is no real excuse they should tell people they don't have the parts before taking the money.

thats terrible man.. stuff liek that happens with small companies, and a refund of im assuming about $700+ theyre not going to want to hand it over, thats pure profit in their eyes.

I had no problems with them whatsoever when I bought my 18... but I have heard that many people have had bad experiences....

Some rules of thumb when buying anything are as follows:

1.) Confirm a FIRM timeline of when your product will be received before paying for ANYTHING.

2.) Ask questions until you're 100% comfortable.

3.) If you know you're waiting on something that is out of the seller's control.. ask for them to update you as they're updated.

4.) Keep records of ALL of the above information so that when you get dicked like this.. you can reference it while you're bending them over in small claims. It's always much easier to prove your point when the person you plan to sue has already proved the point for you.

Atomic and I have a history (lol, it seems that most companies have a history with me)....Randy Mesa once charged an APX 10" to my credit card out of the blue and I was like WTF? (Anyone whom knows me knows that I don't do anything smaller than an 18" sub)....Randy isn't so bad, its just the people above him whom are retards.
