Ok, as some of you know I got my Atomic today and I started working on the box about 12:30. I just finished up so now its pic time!!!!!!!

A dry run of the box...

All the cuts were made like this, no table saw used at all!

Part way through the build...

Finished product. I know its ugly but I wasn't going for a perfect build..

Its not perfect, the front baffle was difficut to get to come out right. I'm not really worried though, I doubt I'll even paint it, just let it be bare wood. It is 2.75@35Hz, least thats what its soposed to be,lol.

What you guys think of it?? I'm letting it dry and setup tonight, I'll give it a test run tomorrow, hopfully my electrical will be able to handle it till I get a new bat and maybe a new HO. We'll see..

My fence was messed up so I didn't want to use it. Plus its more of a challenge to use a circular saw, and I'm always down for a challenge. A lot of the stuff was free handed as well. Not bad considering I haven't worked in quite a while...

Things are not going as planned. Some how I messed up the design. When I planned it out I was expecting to see around 3.5,3.6Ft^3 net, I have 4.14 Net now. I double and triple checked my calc's. 4.14 net is what I have. In messing up that part my port tuning is now off. I have 40"^2 of port and the port is 21.25" long. I'm cerious to what you guys get for tuning with that length and net volume. I'm also having trouble with the amp. It SHOULD be running at .5 Ohm, and known a 20.1 to act like a 20.1 it should have a large current draw BUT!!!!, I have no voltage issues what so ever, none!! No diming of lights nothing. I had more voltage issues when I ran the amp at 3 ohms for the W7. Idk whats up, hopfully I'll have or have use of a DMM tomorrow to help see what might be causing this...

I did fire it up though. It was louder and hit harder them my 8W7 ever did but it didn't hit like I know it should.
