I hear ya, just giving you a few options that I know of. Like I said the sundial is high dollar. Dailey's is really good too but they are best known for their desserts. Some people go there just for that. It's more reasonable pricewise. There are other restaurants in that area, all post their menus and prices outside, just head over and walk around a while until you see something that interests you.

I have never spent $35 on one meal before. I spend that much on two weeks worth of groceries.

I think that is what I will do. I like how these places post prices on the net. That allows people like me to know what they are getting into.

Find a PF Chang's Chinese Bistro. I've been to a couple, and there's gotta be one in Atlanta somewhere. Should be $15-$20 a head, and it's AMAZING. Great atmosphere, somewhat upscale, very classy.

They have one of those in Nashville.

Oh, and also check out Houlihan's. I've been to one in Atlanta, and it was very good, too.

I have to say the PF Chang's is a good choice, but I understand about wanting something unique to the area.

Changs is a good choice as well.

If you go to UnderGround Atlanta you will find something there to eat that will suit you.

Main thing I remember though is Hooters.

I love Papadeaux's!! Its Louisiana style food. One of my all time favorite places to eat. For an appetizer, get the alligator.
