this thread makes me laugh!!!!!! i like it how noobs dont know anything lol and act like a noob, with out doing any research or anything at all..HAHAH shits hilarious!!!

imo: seems like you dont want to lose weight and you bi.tch about it, if you dont want to do a life style change then stay fat. stop complaining, read up.

yup, fatryan, im wondering how old are you, and thats how long you got fat, so you think you could lose all of that in 1-2 weeks? where your whole life you gained all that fat? ha think about it

but yes it takes time..i spent a good 2 yrs ago--present to lose / maintain my current weight...

this diet is for rapid weight lose..you have to change you eating habits aswell..it took me a good 1 year to figure that out...exercize is needed to raise you matabolism thus you can burn what ya eat
