Atkins sux

Find someone to exercise with.. have *** 3-4 times a day.. its a good workout.. I can't stand people who think they will lose weight by only eating differently.. and not excercising.. esp all of the subway freaks

 
you deusche...you have to excersise man. My dad lost like 50 lbs in like 4-5 months on it. It eliminates all carbs in your diet, so you body get a lot of protiens....this meaning that your body has to resort to protiens to get your energy from, vs. fatty carbs..

 
ok first off i stopped drinking soda and lost about 5 pounds in couple weeks

get one of your textbooks and start lifting it use stuff from ur house to lift or not you might have to do liposuction lol well these are my opptions

 
dude. how about this.
eat smaller meals often, lets say four quarter sized meals a day, latest meal round 6 or so.

drink lots of water, and do some kind of exercise each day for like 15 mins.

if you want to loose weight, do it.

if not. be fat and accept it. get some willpower man, hell - for all you know exercise might be a stress reliever for you.
well if this atkins BS dont work, im gonna try the many small meals one.

18 pounds 4 weeks zero exercise. Your wrong.

Honestly though, If you stick to zero carbs for the two weeks you will loose at least 8 pounds man. Imagine if you throw a little exercise in there every day.

liposuction isn't good. fat tissue isn't what makes you fat, it is the fat molecules in the tissue. because liposuction removes fat tissue, you are really losing part of your body instead of mobliizing the fat molecules into energy. liposuction for teh lose.

just because you are on atkins dosnt mean you dont have to watch your calories! check out http://www.fitday.com it will help you log what you eat then track your calories and your weight see how many calories you can eat and still lose weight. then try and keep your calorie intake about the same you should lose weight then. if you were into exercising and gaining muscle i would reccomend a carb cycling diet but it seems that all you are into is losing weight (which you will also sacrifice muscle in the process) but if that dosnt bother you atkins is kewl. you have probably just been eating to much

 
liposuction for what!!?? So you can sit on your *** and gain it all back in 2 months and have to do it again. Get off your fat *** and work out. Seriously, if anybody in here has payed to get liposuction, let me know so I can let you have it

lost 55lbs with moderate to little exercise..

with the diet i never watched calories, i ate like a fu cken pig and lost alot of weight...

now that im semi off it i do exercise alot and watch my calories and carbs, but am no longer a carb freak

 
I don't have any suggestions, but I want to say good luck and I hope you find something that works for you! I'm a skinny guys (6'0" 155 lbs), but just keep at it and if you really have no time then you can make every day things add up too. Like, instead of driving a mile to get some food, or whatever it may be, just walk instead.
