But I will say this from the first two lines I read in your response to my post. Yes, I am poasting about it on the intranetz, because I post whatever the fuck I want on here. In life outside of the internet, I keep to myself.

And I don't like church, never have. I think it's only partly selfless, the rest is all about communion. Even despite the fact that I only went to a Baptist church. I can only imagine how bad it is for Catholics. I never needed church, never will. And I probably have a better relationship with God than 50% of those who go just because they think going to church makes them "good" in God's eyes.

Regardless, this is as pointless as arguing with Proximity about taxes. I'm not going to waste my breath here. You're right, you win. Atheism is the best, there is no God, I should go around talking shit about Christians, blah blah blah...

and thats not to say there arent Christians like that tho. or people who claim to be Christian then turn around and knowingly and purposely sin the very day they attended church or preached to someone about god.
i dont go around telling anyone about god, but if the subject comes up, or they ask, ill share my knowledge. God wants us to help people discover and believe but i highly doubt he wants us to come off as the way some may do it, or the way people feel Christians are.

there is a time, a place, and a proper way of doing it. but its just like anything else, u can judge all Christians because of the very few u have met or know. just like u cant say black people are bad, when the only black people u know are the dudes on the news in ur town that robbed a store. u cant say all women bitch just because ur relationships have failed or the women in ur life have screwed u.

You really think god is that petty? You really think the guy who created the entire fucking universe really cares about whether or not you believe in him? And not only cares, but he would make the distinction that, even though you only believed in him as a hedge bet to get into heaven, that is better than not believing at all? Op next time you start something like this,make sure your educated about the subject. I grew up believing in god and going to church,but through years of research and common sense i have several reason why i no longer believe in a divine power. All of my reasons are supported by facts, but if people need to believe in religion to be better,then it's good. No point of arguing the subject,especially with no education on it. It makes "Atheists" look bad,also to the people going on a religious site's and acting like 10 year olds,you don't deserve to call yourselves Atheist.
