since i don't feel like calling cs, i will ask, how come i was eligable for an upgrade last monday but now i'm not elegable for one until 12/28?To be able to discuss any info on your acct, the caller must identify 1 of several different acct specific bits of info, such as your customer code(last 3-4 numbers after your phone number on your bill); last 4 of ssn; amount of last payment; and/or password if there is one on the acct. I should know, I work for AT&T cust service. The same should apply for the Wireless department as well.
