Assassin, Diamond D3 and KAR series

Ok I am looking to install 2 subs in my car. its a 98 5 series.

I want something that sounds good, and will fit in a small enclosure.

Someone on here recommended the Dimond D3 saying that they sound very good.

Which should i get? any other sub in mind?

i wanna keep the cost per sub under 100.

The amp will be a 2 channel amp pushing 300wrms @ 4 ohm per channel.
