I just wanted to tell everyone that I would not recommend sending your buisness to them. I ordered a set of polymids on the 27th of June. They didn't ship them out until July 7th and then I recieved them on the 14th. I installed them the same day and one was bad right out of the box. I called and got a machine. They returned my call 2 days later and said they would ship another one out the same day. This was on the 18th. I called again on August 3rd and got a machine again. Shortly after I got an e-mail saying the speaker was shipped out that day. So for two weeks they didn't bother to ship the speaker that was supposed to be shipped out the same day. It's just a little annoying to me that it has taken this long to get shit done. The speaker being messed up isn't a big deal, things happen, but taking that long to ship out orders is ridiculous.

 
My order got shipped fairly fast too, they put it in a wooden case and shipped fedex so it didn't get damaged.

I never had a problem with them, they're usually pretty good about things...sorry to hear that...however they are not that big of a company and they probably get backed up on all the orders they get.

 
both times i ordered assassin subs, they came the next day.. sounds a little out of the ordinary for them.. i have never heard a word bad about them EVER

 
Humm, Sorry to hear that. Like eveyone else has stated, never heard anything bad about any aspect of their stuff wether it be shipping or what not. I am still thinking about getting some 12's assasins this fall. I will keep my eyes open.

While this may be in the minority for them compared to the total of transactions they've conducted....it certainly isn't an isolated event.

So they couldn't have, at the very least, sent an e-mail saying "hey, we're having a problem with the poly's right now, so unfortunately your replacements are going to be delayed" ?

 
: ) not saying i am well read.. just that i havent heard this b4.. i hadnt.. but anything is possible.. i havent ordered polys... but they have been very helpful and quick for me
