Ascedant Audio Avalanche 10" build

yea i know motor design was different(slugs shape of plates) and performance wise psi claim they where basically the same

Dan had some issues with that claim. It's what led to AA not using XBL^2 anymore. Chad made some claims about most XBL^2 drivers sounding similar and his was cheaper than the brahma hence the better buy. Dan retorted with the fact that even if the tech is the same, it's how you utilize it. Chad got butt hurt and decided that was a blatant attack on his product and started liquidating his inventory. I've owned both and honestly they do sound pretty similar, it would come down to the install as far as which one was better. Both are better than 99.9% of the subs on the market, for sure. At the price they were selling for after the fight, AA was a super good buy lol.
