Nice! Deadening is a pita but always worth it. I used plexi to cover the holes last time, trying roof flashing this time, should be starting monday.

I'm moving pretty slow this go around... lol. So far I've got a layer of BXT and ensolite on all reachable surfaces, inside and out on the passenger door (except the front of the innerskin, that's only bxt so far) and a layer of bxt on the outside door skin of the Drivers door. I've also got the deflex pad in the drivers door and am starting to seal it up with plexi.

It resonates a little, but without welding in something to rigidly stiffen the inner door metal it isn't going to stop. You could perhapse throw a layer or two of fiberglass on there brfore you lay down any mat.... it's a thounght....

The resonation is such a low tone and quits so quickly that I'm really no worried about it, lol. The fun for this door comes tomorrow.... finishing sealing, mounting speakers. some more ensolite, then the plastic interior panel.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I'm pretty happy.... I just hope I can keep it up when I reattach the plastic panel. Oh well, to the garage to disassemble the plasticrap! I'm thinking spray foam the entire back of it.... lol.
