i have seen similar boxes use odd shaped ports firing to the side..

those not being a smooth radius bend would prob need more port area by themselves just due to the design. Meaning it should preform more like a slot port with that sharp 90 deg bend, not as efficient as a true aero or even pvc round smooth radius.

you prob have to step up to 4" and use elbows

how do you calculate how much port area you have with Areo?

Aslo what if i went with like 3-4 2" ports would this be a bad idea?

Bad idea. Those 4 2" ports have the same amount of area as a single 4" port.

Would a single 5" x 18 be enough for the 10s. PSP says that would tune it to 32 Hz..

2.5^2 x pi= 19.63"^2 for a single 5" port

the 4"ers are 2^2 x pi=12.5" x 2=~25"^2

single 5" is more port area then the two 3" ports i have now.. Would this be a bad idea?
