Areo Port Box design- Help please

Well, I have never used any round ports before but I think now is a good time to start. The box will be for an 18" Fi Audio BTL. It will be about 7.7 ft^3 tuned to 35hz. I found the port length calc online and found I needed a port legth or 7.039" with a 4" port. I quickly sketched up my box design and calculation and was woundering if anyone could go over them and make sure they are correct. any help would be greatly appreciated, and please do not hesitate to fix my mistakes.

Do you plan to use only one 4" port with your 18" BTL?

And i can't see anything in your pic... it's too small.

1) if you are only using 1 4" port you are going to have some problems

2) if you are going to use regular pvc piping for the ports with no flares, you are going to have problems (treat round ports with no flares the same as you would slot ports)

You'll probably need at least 5 or 6 ports to avoid port noise. You can get by with fewer if you use flares.

4 4" precision ports would do nice....or 6" ones if you have the room.
