Are you running the Hifonics BRX2400.1D?

Two quick questions:

I done some simple math to label the level knob. It's from 9v all the way on left, and a .2v all the way right. Half way (12 o'clock) should be around 4.4 volts, and that put 2v at about 3/4 of the way clockwise. The amp doesn't get too warm very quickly, but just wondering if that is about where everyone is running the level knob.

2)I've seen several pix of the BRX online. Online, it shows the ground and power next to each other. It shows the remote wire next to the channel inputs. However, my remote wire is located in between the ground and power. I know it doesn't mean anything, but just wanting to know if everyone else's is set up this way as well?
