my parents house is in the country, closest neighbor is 1/2 a mile.

i live in town now, about 15 min from their house. town has like 10,000 people.

40,000 or so now, 20,000 of which were not from here before the storm. going home to god knows how many. 1 mill PLUS very easily.

He goes to harding university its a christian college. I am a Redneck turned cityslicker, but everytime i have the chance to get back to the sticks i do.

I grew up in a town of 3k...and it was too big for me. I hate living in town. I'd much rather be out in the middle of nowhere.

13 years in the city/metroplex 4mill+ people

11 years in Arkansas town pop of 28k when I lived there. ~35k I think now, maybe more.

I am not a city boy or a redneck. I like the country and woods, but I also like the city with its things to do. I am 25 minutes from down town Dallas and 10 minutes to the middle of nowhere. Best of both worlds.

Grew up in a town with 7000 people and now I'm living in a town with 100k people. Plan on moving to a city of 30-40k people when I graduate

Kinda both I suppose. I like the city becuase there is lots to do. I like the country due to the peace and quiet.

My hometown has about 300K in population and the city I'll be moving to (my wife's hometown) has about 1.5 million folks.

Agreed. Country boy here. I love living in the middle of nowhere. I can piss off my porch when I'm drunk, Shoot guns at animals near my home, have peace and quiet whenever I choose. It's nice. The people relatively close to me are awesome as well out here. It's a much more laid back feeling and that's just how I am.

Used to live in Orlando.. now about 20 mins away.. in Saint Cloud, town of about 45k
