I lived in Boston the first 26 years of my life and moved to the sticks for my job after I got married and could have not made a better move for myself.

Yeah a lot of the people look inbred and shit, but they are mostly cool and show you the same respect you show them. They seem to take pride in where they live and don't trash the neighborhoods they live in so they are all cool by me even if they like to drive riding lawnmowers with dale earnhardt stickers down the middle of the street.

Agreed. Country boy here. I love living in the middle of nowhere. I can piss off my porch when I'm drunk, Shoot guns at animals near my home, have peace and quiet whenever I choose. It's nice. The people relatively close to me are awesome as well out here. It's a much more laid back feeling and that's just how I am.

it blows. i lived in the city for 11 years. smack dab in the middle of Orlando Florida. 5 minutes from Disney, five minutes from Universal Studios, 10 minutes from Downtown, and 2 minutes from Sea World. Now I am in the middle of a college town with more rednecks than cars.

not how it is here. i can't do neither then that, and this place is like a cult and i'm an outsider and they don't accecpt me. my neighbors were friendlier in detroit then they are here.
