See, i like the battery terminals where you can put the wire directly in without the need of a ring terminal. But i have a Buddy Club ground kit, and it hooks up to the battery through the terminal. So if i were to get one of those battery terminals with the direct connection, that would mean i will have to cut the terminal off and insert it.

Which i dont want to do just in case i turn around and sell the ground kit. So is it worth it? I want my engine bay to be clean as possible.

That one will work, but if you get the other style it's not like you can't put a ring terminal back on the Ground Kit if you sell it...

yeah, i am waiting on him to fix his car so he can bring it to work, and we can take measurements. oh trust me, he wants the box, once i told him with the box you built him, his subs are going to **** his caprice.

yeah, thats why i want it, i just wanted to know if they were worth it. like mlstrass said, i can always put a ring terminal back on, but i dont like hacking up stuff like that,.

yeah, but if i cut one off, then apply another one then i wont be able to get what i want for it. this is if i sell it, not sure though. but yeah, i will let you know this weekend about the box.

what is a ground kit? just a wire that connects the batt to the chassis i assume? why would you want to sell it?

yeah, but the terminal on the ground kit is 10 gauge, it wont fit. and yup, thats the ground kit i have, i would like to keep the terminal on the, and just screw it down. and i like how the battery terminals have 3 sets of screws, so for a big 3 upgrade, it wont be much of a problem.

well i just ordered some of these from amazon, the positive and the negative, couldnt pass up on the free 2nd day air shipping, all though buy.com has them for 19.99 a piece and ground shipping is $7, so total will be $47 from Buy.com with ground shipping, or Amazon for $56 2nd day air.
