im trying to design a ported box and all these calculations are getting annoying. Are there any programs i can dl that can do it all for me, it would save me alot of time and frustration

i tried that but why doesnt it ask for the box depth, all i need is somthin to calcualte the port length, box volume and shit its getting annoying having having to find the port displacement and then factor that in to find the net box volume and adjusting the port legnth and blah blah

it doesnt ask for depth because before you can find the external dimensions you HAVE to do all of that work beforehand. If you are limited to X space then you have to do a little trial and error to find the proper port area, length, and volume to get your desired tuning and airspace.

then pay the $5 or whatever for a smart person on here to do it for you... thats what goes into box design.

oh ok i was thinkin there was an easier way then trail and error, i was like no wonder ppl charge money for this shit lol
