Are the PG Xenon amps that bad?

Anybody have a good experience with these amps? I'm reading a lot of horror stories, yet I see a lot of people are still running them. I've read that the 2004 batch was what had so many problems, but the newer amps are ok.

I really like the features that the X600.1 amp offers. And I can get it new for very cheap with a 3 year warranty. Just wanted to see if anyone was pleased with them.

Or if u had one, it messed up, u sent it back, they fixed the problem, or replaced it, and no problems since then.

Try to buy from a dealer if you can...you should have no probs sleeping at night that way...lol...but seriously for what they are,they are solid amps.You could do worse

Well yeah if u do something stupid to it they wont.....I personally have not had any probs with any items that were under warranty.

i have the pg x600.1 amp...i think its great..that whole deal about the bugs on the first batch of xenon amps are over..the problem is gone..but still u cant avoid a defective amp...

but i would recommend it if ur interested..especially if u got warranty..

Ive been really pleased with both the xenon 200.4's that i own. When i can afford it i plan on upgrading my subs and adding another 200.4 and possibly a forth 200.4 running ti elite 9" midbass kits.
