If you do not give the company something to look at and fix or a chance to resolve the problem, how on earth do you expect the BBB to help you? The first thing the BBB is going to do is say "why did you not send it to them?".

I sent my Brahma back for warranty work in January. I am hoping to receive it back in 2007 or 2008. They refuse to respond to any/all attempts to contact them so I am only speculating it will be as early as 2008.
boycotting their products(mobile or home) isn't exactly going to hurt them. Most of thier business is producing oem products for other companies. It might make them sit up and notice that there's a serious problem with Adire, but it won't exactly hurt their business.Just dont ever buy Adire stuff anymore, make it known to all that they're junk. Adire lost the support of the car audio DIY guy a LONG time ago, they're so out of the loop ... their main focus is home audio really anyways.

i just wish i had actually researched adire before i bought them so i wouldn't be in this mess waiting.Read my reply on the adire forum. That should explain it all.
And people who bought Adire from us no worries. The BBB is on our side, and we will sue Adire if we have to. Also, what we are going to do, is just refund the two or three of you who bought Adire from us there money. We can easily give you your money back, and then we will just deal with Adire ourselves. That way you guys don't have to wait for them to recone your subs or do whatever they say they might do.
Also, with people like you dkguitarist. We are just going to upgrade your brahmas to mags free of charge. So don't worry we will hook you up
But man, I can honestly say Adire is perhaps the worst run company I have ever worked with.
I know I have talked with many of you on the forums, and I know my reputation stands for itself.
But it would be pretty safe to say we won't be selling adire products anymore:laugh:
