Are my subs liable to get damaged, blown, etc. due to being up against the rear seat?

If so how? I know there is what they call "excursion" which is the flex of the subs. If there isn't sufficient room behind the seat for the subs to flex, will it hurt them? Will speaker grilles solve this? By the way, the subs aren't pressed up against the back of the seat, but pretty darn close. Also keep in mind that the back of the seat is really soft and flexible.

Yea, it will hurt the sub, like said before not immediately but will eventually break the surrouding down. For no apparent reason I saw fit to do this, and now I'm two twelves down //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif So dont repeat my mistake. Get something to protect it from rubbing the back seat.
