Are JL Audio amps a quality product ?

I'm trying to decide on the purchase of 2 amplifiers, one 4 ch for mids and highs and one 2ch for the single sub. I've looked at Tru, Brax, Zapco and JL Audio just to name a few. The size of the amplifier is my biggest issue. All of the amps will fit, but the JL amps are the smallest cases and the least expensive. I can save alot of money by going with the JL products. My concern would be the quality. Will their product stand up like the other ones? The dealer is very reputable where I would purchase the JL's. I really need some opinions here. Thanks you all !

I have had JL and still use them but have not tried the other brands mentioned. They are solid as rocks and do exactly what they say they will do with many features. They are reasonably priced compared to the others on your list. I would go with the JL and when it comes to sound quality I'd concentrate more on speaker selection, placement and wiring.....the JL amps will sound as good as any if there is an audible difference in the first place.

Yes, JL makes a very good product, both sound and build quality wise.

JL amps are some intense amps .. they put out true power .. i been running JL amps for about 3 months now with not 1 problem .constant bumpn . i have had multiple amps through time but JL is a keeper .

from the newer ones I have seent eh JLs are solid amps for sure, but have not been that under ratted and seem a little over priced to me
