Are Hifonics amps stable at 1 ohm?

Thinking about picking up a hifonics TX1505D to run a pair of 10" JL Audio W6v2's in a sealed enclosure. I did a search and saw in one thread that someone said they werent any good at 1 ohm. Since my subs are dvc 4ohm, I want to have an amp that does 1 ohm stable.

Not looking to spend a ton of dough. If anyone has any other suggestions let me know.

FYI, the Hifonics is $179 at Ikesound. So thats the reference point.

I also considered a Profile ap2000 and run it in stereo (1 sub @ 2 ohms on each side)...but I dont have 25 inches available on my board for that monster. LOL!
