Arc XXK going bad :-( Should I upgrade?

Well I am a little mad. I bought two Arc Audio 2500XXK's and one of them is going bad. It ran fine untill this really cold weather hit. Now the left channel does not turn on untill the amp warms up, then its hit and miss.

I will be taking it out of my car to get fixed, so I am wondering..... Should I stick with the XXK's or go ahead and upgrade to something new? I really like my XXK's though at low volumes there is a little hiss, which I think I hear due to my tweets being pillar mounted. Then again I wonder how long this 2500XXK has not been working propery, and if it may have something to do with the hiss.

Any thought?

He works for Arc. He's the one that everyone gets ahold of when they want to contact someone about their products.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

His email is: Jason@arcaudio.com

Funny, i thought i heard a hiss out of my 2500 today as well. It went away though.Ive got to call arc about it, it likes to clip for some reason.
I noticed the 2500XXK I am having troubles with clips early too. The 2500 running my sub can go much louder before clipping.
