amp for 2 12" subs

I have 2 dub mag auido 12" subs they are DVC subs to wire them in 2ohm do I just run them like SVC subs I am looking at a Profile HA700M mono amp are these amps any good

Profile would be on my short list for budget amps. What do you mean "run them like SVC subs"? Are they both dual 2 ohm? Then you could wire the voice coils in series and then the two subs in parallel and show the amp a 2 ohm load.

they have dual 4OHM voice coils can I just run + and a - to the amp from each sub

and twist them together at the amp what OHMS will this give me
