ARC KAR 200.2 and 400.2

So I cam across a good deal(I think) and would like some advice on these amps. I was going to get a DLS A5 but was offered these amps for $300 delivered. They are in mint condition and were just serviced by ARC(guy faxed me the clean bill of health). Is the KAR series good for SQ? Would I be better off shelling out the $500 for the DLS(it's used)? The 200.2 is going to be running a DLS UP36 or Morel Ovation 3 way set. The 400.2 is going to be running either a single 8W7 or a 10W3(all depends on the space). I would really appreciate some help with this as I have to tell this guy by Monday or he's going to put them on some of the forums for sale. Thanks

The KAR's actually are very clean, and super reliable. Both are built overseas, both mosfet amps... obviously the build quality and parts are miles ahead much better on the DLS.

For the price 2 new amps that get the job done you cant beat $300. The DLS just more headroom and more flexible option for sub, but its used.

Now take the $200 that you save from the DLS, sell that 200.2 and pick up a matching Kar 900.1 or 1000.2T cheap and we are talking 100 x 2 to the fronstage and up to 1kw for subs at diff impedances. More power than the DLS option for same price.
