AQ3500 or db drive platnum 2000

I have never really heard of to many issues with AQ amps including the older ones. The reason the 3500 was upgraded was for dual inputs and some other new goodies.
these were the older style amps that i saw but like i said the newer amps have been flawless. so i guess it was just user error

I understood they were the older version, but I have seen virtually every amp ever made fail one time or another. 99% was user error. The old AQ amps were good amps with next to no issues. When DD upgraded AQ got the "hand me downs".

Yeah that's all I was aware of for upgrades too...AQ sometimes gets a bad rep for their business operations (you know what I mean lol) but their amps are pretty solid. They're not the kind of stuff I can picture just burning up, you would have to be abusing it pretty hard.

yea i kno the aq's are hand me down from dd, but i still like the equipment. ive never had a issue out of my hdc3. i read that suspension isnt the best tho,& hurts the output. i talked to a good friend/teammate of bud ballinger(
